Danielle Aiello is a senior executive leader with more than 25 years of experience in business development, strategic sales, marketing, and customer experience (CX) strategy, with a specialized focus on scaling client services within complex airport and aviation infrastructure environments.

She brings a deep, practical understanding of the airport ecosystem and high-stakes airline and airport operations, developed through decades of consistent engagement with public agencies, airport authorities, and private-sector partners. Her work is grounded in aligning operational realities with strategic growth, stakeholder coordination, and long-term value creation.

Danielle serves on the Board of Directors of the LAX Coastal Chamber of Commerce, is a DEIA Co-Chair, and is an active representative of the Airport Minority Advisory Council (AMAC), Los Angeles Chapter. A Los Angeles–based leader for more than 20 years, she is deeply engaged across the regional business community and is a strong advocate for accessibility and inclusion, working to ensure individuals of all abilities can travel with confidence.
